Ensuring the product, service and service quality of our ERP solution and SAP Sales and Service Cloud Integration at the highest level. Qualified support for our internal and external customers. Control, control and compliance of project and service dates. Management, monitoring and further development of VAPS IT infrastructures – including the professional management of participating service providers. Ensuring the application operation of our central systems: including implementation of updates, hotfixes and monitoring of system stability. Monitoring and troubleshooting within the integration landscape and further development of interface and process integration.

A completed study in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Funded knowledge of the module support SAP FI/CO and ideally experience in C/4 HANA or SAP CX. Advantages are knowledge of web service communication, security in handling SAP Script and an understanding of ABAP Code. A structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as a safe occurrence in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
