Your profile

• You have a completed degree or have a completed craft training
• You have experience in costing and have pleasure in offering processing
• You have secure EDV knowledge and GAEB files are common
• You can enforce yourself in difficult situations and are decision-making
• You have basic knowledge in contracting
• You are interested in modern technology in the working environment and sustainability in the construction industry
• You have quality awareness and customer orientation and have a careful way of working
• You show your own initiative, are service-oriented, communicative and friendly
• You are team-ready, open-minded and helpful
• You have good German skills

Your tasks as a calculator

• independent compilation and calculation of technical and trade-related performance directories for object and private customers
• Processing and calculation of internal and external performance directories
• Creation, evaluation and maintenance of price requests for wholesalers, manufacturers and subcontractors
• Active price and contract negotiations for new products
• Contract-related further processing and close cooperation with construction managers and architects
