You work in a small, internationally distributed team and are central contact for shipyards, design offices, internal managing directors and the Director Technical Fleet Management. In this position, you convince by your own initiative, technical know-how, high communication skills and the ability to advance projects pragmatically, bindingly and targeted. Management and control of new building, reconstruction and shipbuilding projects within the group Coordination of shipyards, engineering offices, suppliers from maritime industry, classification societies and internal departments Technical assessment of concepts, specifications, offers and solutions Management and control of projects from the idea to tender, construction phase and acceptance to commissioning Planning of battery, hybrid, energy and charging infrastructure projects to improve the Fleet Energy Efficiency Control and control of costs, dates, quality, risks and technical interfaces Strategic consultancy of Group Management and Operational Shipments

experience in shipbuilding, shipbuilding, technical shipping environment or maritime project management Qualification as a vessel operator, Naval Architect, ship engineer or comparable practical experience Completed study desirable, but not obligatory Technical understanding of electrics, batteries, energy management or charging infrastructure Independent, analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Leadership without a big team: You coordinate, convince and keep projects on track Safe and communicative appearance to technical partners, directors and operational units Very good knowledge of English and willingness to travel abroad In this position, you report directly to the Group Management in Flensburg. Your residence is ideally located in northern Germany.
