Team-Lead Claims Management (m/f/d)

DEVELOPMENT, FEEDBACK AND DEVELOPMENT: You will personally and professionally lead your colleagues in Claims Management, give orientation and regular feedback, accompany the achievement of your goals and develop your team and individual employees in a targeted manner. For technical questions and more complex issues, you are a central contact person. RECRUITING AND TEAMBUILDING: If we strengthen our team, you actively participate in the selection process. You talk together with the head, judge candidate: inside and join the selection decision. RESPONSIBILITY AND REPRESENTATION: Together with the other Team Leads, you represent the Head of Claims in its absence and make sure that decisions, communication and operational processes continue reliably. DIENSTLEISTER STEUERN: You tax our external damage service providers in day-to-day business, clarify technical queries, accompany escalations and ensure that performance cases are processed customer-oriented, efficient and in accordance with our technical and regulatory requirements. QUALITY SECURITIES AND EXPENDITURES: You monitor SLAs, legal frameworks, regulatory guidelines and quality standards. At the same time, you tax defined special cases, such as payment releases, Kulanzan questions, complaints, fraud cases or special process questions. You will make concrete improvements in error images and incidents. DEVELOPMENT AND COMPETITION: You analyze damage patterns, metrics and vulnerabilities, recognize patterns and initiate appropriate counter-control measures. You work closely with Product, Pricing, Operations and other relevant stakeholders. PROCESSES, SYSTEMS AND DIGITALISATION WHICH: You translate technical and legal requirements into clear concepts and continuously develop our damage processes. This provides the technical basis for the new and further development of IT applications, portals, automations and reporting. PRODUCTS AND PARTNERS WEITERENTWICKELN: You bring the claim perspective early into product new and product developments. You will also participate in the selection, onboarding and further development of our damage service providers and continuously develop cooperation with our partners.

SECURITY AND SCHADENKNOW HOW: You bring well-founded experience from the insurance environment, ideally from damage, claims management, performance testing or service provider-based damage models. You understand how damage processes work professionally, legally and customer-oriented. Alternatively, you are willing to prove your suitability for a leadership role, for example in the context of an assessment center. You actively question existing processes constructively, formally understandably and develop processes, systems and reporting processes.
