What do you expect? Advice on top-level: You are representing the most important entrepreneurial customers of the Berliner Volksbank with annual revenues of 50 million. Euro and fully support them in demanding business and financial issues. Partnership at eye level: As a relationship managerin and strategic/savings partnerin you build long-term, trusted relationships with demanding entrepreneurs and continuously develop them. Complex financing solutions: You analyze complex financial and corporate structures, develop tailor-made financing solutions and accompany our most demanding credit commitments, taking into account risk and revenue aspects. Making growth: With an entrepreneurial perspective, you will develop your high-quality customer portfolio at this place created for our growth course, gain new entrepreneurial customers in a targeted manner and actively contribute to expanding our large customer business. Strategic responsibility: You take responsibility with your teammates for one of the most important customer segments of the bank. Your activity is closely linked to the strategic development of the corporate customer business and enjoys a high level of attention within the house up to the board level.

What are you doing? You have completed bank training and ideally a degree in economics or a comparable further education. You bring at least 5 years of experience in the care of corporate or entrepreneurial customers, ideally in the upper middle or wholesale business. Complex credit engagements, demanding financing structures and economic relationships are part of your everyday professional life. You perform confidently and convincingly, are communicative, solution-oriented and has negotiation skills with all personalities regardless of the hierarchy level. You enjoy a professional customer consultation and are analytic. Networking and representation tasks are of course for you and complete your activity profile.
