We are an engineering office with about 45 employees (engineers, architects, project assistants, surveyors and designers, etc.) and are looking for a full-time office (40 hours a week). For the first time, the job is limited to 2 years, with a later permanent takeover being sought.

Requirements: vocational training in the office sector, professional experience, industry knowledge of the engineering office desirable but not condition, very good knowledge/featurities in all MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Outlook), time flexibility, conscience, responsibility, commitment and commitment.

Driver's license and car is advantageous because of poor connection by public transport.

Description of posts:

• general office and secretarial work,
• Supporting the project managers with: ~ Call for proposals, ~ Audit and correspondence, ~ Monitoring the project sequences ~ Dialogue between builders and authorities
• You work in the team and take responsibility
