Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

• You develop some of our major, strategic customers and accompany them across the entire TD SYNNEX hardware portfolio. • With decision-makers, you will be struggling with close relationships, which you will continue to expand through regular personal appointments to secure long-term, value-oriented partnerships. • Strategic account plans are targeted to strengthen existing business and promote growth. • Customer needs analyze carefully and guide appropriate solutions or escalate to the right areas. • Together with customers and internal contact persons, you also identify new business potentials and project opportunities and take concrete measures. • Internal stakeholders are actively involved and tax them efficiently. • CRM data, reports and administrative tasks keep you up-to-date and ensure transparency in the process. • The use of our InTouch e-commerce tool will drive you actively and make sure that service levels are maintained or improved.

• Professional experience in key account management or direct customer contact, ideally in the IT industry. • Excellent sales and negotiation skills as well as strong earnings orientation. • Excellent customer and communication skills, especially in personal exchange. • Strategic thinking and ability to formulate and implement complex plans. • Ability to analyze financial indicators (e.g. margin, profitability, trends). • willingness to day trips within North and East Germany. • Very good knowledge of German and English.
