Training Organizer / Education Officer - temporary (m/f/d)

As a training organizer / educational consultant (m/w/d), you work in our educational center and attend the participants from the registration to the certificate exhibition. Together with your alfa team members, you will create the interface between participants, lecturers and promotion agencies. In your new role in alfatraining, the following tasks await you: You take organizational matters around the course and contribute to the fact that participants and lecturers are able to feel comfortable with us all around and focus completely on the courses. You inform interested parties about our course offer and help with questions You are responsible for managing participants, lecturers and course data You take care of the communication with the support points of our participants

Completed studies or commercial training, also a comparable qualification You work independently, are reliable and have a quick understanding You are an organizational talent and communicate clearly and effectively – both in the team and with our participants You control the current MS Office programs and bring an interest in digitally connected work processes with
