As an engineer or engineer building (w/m/d), the processing of new, re-, expansion and construction maintenance measures in civil engineering, as well as the supervision and compliance of construction measures of the subsidiary companies with your task Here you take over the planning, tendering, awarding and billing of construction services in the context of construction maintenance as well as in new, re- and extension buildings You will also process construction-supervising procedures for subsidiary companies and examine the ability to approve construction projects with regard to legal requirements – including the Construction Code, the Building Energy Act, country-specific regulations such as the Niedersächsische Bauordnung and the Federal Highways Act with the funeral regulations Another focus of your activity is the establishment and implementation of the construction program and the development of lie-related concepts They evaluate the structural substance of existing systems, check the structural condition of buildings and technical installations on secondary systems of the federal motorways and create the building program for the constructional existing installations As a contact person or contact person (w/m/d) for the motorway masters, you are also consulted in all high-grade matters – another aspect that completes your area of responsibility
