PRODUCTION (m/w/d)

Guidance, control and further development of the associated production unit Planning and implementation of annual budget, investment and personnel planning Ensuring smooth, safe and quality-oriented production processes Analysis and optimization of existing processes and further development of relevant KPIs Support for quality assurance in complaints and derivation of effective measures Ensuring a well-maintained, structured and safe working environment Responsibility for personnel management incl. Selection, qualification, motivation and further development of employees Conducting annual employee talks and promoting quality awareness in the team Implementation of corporate objectives in their own sphere of responsibility and provision of necessary resources Management and initiation of process and quality improvement projects Accompanying the daily shopfloor meetings Rules and internal instructions in particular with regard to occupational safety, health and environmental and data protection Cooperation with relevant interfaces such as quality, supply chain, logistics, maintenance and external service providers

Completed technician or master qualification, for example in mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a similar field Multiannual professional experience in the production environment and detectable leadership experience Safe handling of projects Extensive understanding of interdepartmental processes and their dependencies High communication, team and motivation as well as empathic leadership Enthusiasm, convincing argumentation strength and creativity in solution finding German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Structured, responsible and quality-oriented work
