Currently we are looking for:

Management Assistant

Your tasks:

• You support the Executive Board members in the daily business, keep an overview of the current business situation and act as a confidential contact person for the Executive Board
• You prepare meetings of the top management level before and after, including Supervisory Board meetings and related topics
• You are responsible for preparing various reports and analyses, designing presentations, handling confidential correspondence and participation in decision-making templates
• Supporting the Executive Board for internal strategic and operational projects by compiling and preparing the relevant documents, follow-up of the action points and function as a central contact person is one of your tasks
• Self-employed and proactively you conduct projects initiated by the Executive Board

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in BWL, Finance, Life Sciences or a comparable qualification
• You have work experience in a comparable position
• You bring excellent communication skills
• Very good numerical skills and analytical competence characterize you
• You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ideally, you have experience working in an international organization
• Excellent knowledge of English and German is a prerequisite!
