Henry Kruse GmbH & Co. KG as a company of igefa SE & Co. KG is looking for an employee sales service (m/w/d) at the Neumünster site. You process customer orders in writing and electronically and provide customer master data in our goods management system You control shipping documents and process open and blocked shipping documents You take account of the invoice and other commercial tasks, in particular in the areas of central architecture, recalculations, account accounting and dunning You process returns and complaints taking into account the current policies and find customer-oriented solutions

You ideally have a completed commercial training You are a real team player and work structured You bring basic knowledge of PC work with (MS Office programs such as Outlook, Teams and Excel + Goods Management System) Good German knowledge of Word & Writing
