Senior Consultant M&A IT - Post-Merger-Integration & Carve-out (m/f/d)

As Senior Consultant M&A IT (m/w/d), you support clients in all relevant IT issues within the scope of M&A transactions, such as due diligences, carve-outs and post-Merger integrations, thus contributing to sustainable decisions and the sustainability of our (inter)national clients. Hands-on entry: You perform as part of a project team or as part project manager due diligences, plan complex carve-outs as well as post-Merger integrations and accompany the execution with the project team. Analysis: In your function, you analyze and evaluate IT-specific risks and synergies as part of M&A transactions, for example in the separation or merger of companies or Part of the company, in the context of investor processes, or in the formation of joint ventures. Consultation: Based on this data, you develop tailor-made recommendations for action that you implement with the project team and in close coordination with your customers. Communication: Your contacts are part of the leadership of the industry leaders of our target markets, such as industrial companies, banks or private equity companies. Technology: You use modern tools and technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence) to efficiently implement projects and develop customized solutions for your customers.

Very good Master's or Diploma degree, ideally in (economic) informatics, BWL or (economic) engineering with IT or software reference First professional experience (1 to 3 years) in the IT organization of an industrial company or a management consultancy in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions with a focus on IT First experience in applications (e.g. SAP or other ERP systems), software development, IT architecture and system integration, IT infrastructure and cloud, IT security, IT transformations or artificial intelligence (in at least one area) is advantageous Strong IT affinity and interest in the dynamics of the M&A transaction business as well as high commitment, ownership and agile functioning Travel readiness as well as German and English very well in word and writing (including convincing communication to different stakeholders)
