In a multi-month training phase at our location in Switzerland, you expand your knowledge in the field of lean management and increase your method skills. Then you take a responsible role in the engineering team in Halberstadt to ensure smooth web production on the production facilities and to enable the integration of new plants and processes. As a team member of the engineering team, you will conduct diverse projects around the production core process, with the aim of increasing our competitiveness. With your sense of responsibility, your design strength and implementation strength, you can improve the process engineering processes together with your team and continuously develop the value flow.
