Qualification: You have a completed training as a nursing professional, nursing caregiver:in or health caregiver. Ready to learn new things: Old Care experience or Gerontopsychiatrie is desirable – but not a must (learn through us, with a team that supports you) Care needs documentation: You ideally have knowledge of nursing documentation – or bring the motivation to learn it Motivation: You are happy to accompany older and needy people in everyday life, to strengthen their quality of life and to be there when you need Personality with heart: You like to work with others, are communicative and ready to give a smile in the shiftwork and on weekends
