Study of civil engineering or economic engineering or completed technical training and further training as a construction technician Building management experience for projects in civil engineering Knowledge of technical regulations and relevant construction procedures (including VOB, ZTV) Knowledge in MS Office and in appointment programs Communication strength, enforcement and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility Self-responsible and independent work High level of mobility, readiness to travel within NRW without overnight stays
