As the Data Intelligence, Systems and Consulting department, we are responsible for all sales data for the Union Investment private customer segment. We are looking for you as a central interface between departments, customers and the development team. You are responsible for the strategic development and successful operation of the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) to optimally support business processes around customer relationships. Your tasks include: Definition of a product vision for the CRM private customer and ensuring that You match corporate goals Priority of requirements, creation of user stories and care of a transparent product backlog Enge Stakeholder Communication with Sales, Marketing and IT to Record Requirements and Expectation Management Support of the team in removing features Care of the CRM system Market and user analysis by analyzing user feedback and deriving potential for improvement Optimisation of the system so that distribution and specialist areas are optimally supported, transparency is created and our efficiency is raised to the next level

Graduate degree in economics or natural sciences Multiannual experience as Product Owner or comparable role in agile teams, ideally related to financial services or depot business Multiannual experience in the professional management and development of teams and people in agile organisations Excellent skills in project and time management as well as prioritization of tasks Very good knowledge of German in word and writing A way of working, characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
