This will be your tasks

As a Senior HR Business Partner (all genders), you are an active member of the team of management consultancy and actively shape the further development of both the department and the entire staff area. You are responsible for the cross-site strategic consulting of the leaders of all levels in personal topics and strategies. In your role, the main focus is on active:r Sparringspartner:to fully support and advise senior management. In addition, you are responsible for strategic personnel and succession planning and take over the proactive control of a smooth HR year cycle.

In addition, the analysis of personal-relevant KPIs and the department of concrete action recommendations belongs to your tasks. Together with the departments, you develop future-oriented structures for our portfolios and contribute significantly to the successful implementation of projects such as restructuring, change and communication measures and the integration of HR-specific topics into the further development and implementation of the overall strategy of the business unit. Through your cooperation in cross-functional working groups and projects, you develop and implement innovative HR processes and concepts, thereby creating and impulsive across the entire provincial group.
