Educational staff, Healing teacher(-in), Social pedagogue/Social pedagogue, Dipl. -Pädagogen/-in for our therapeutic small home to the extent of 30-40h in shiftwork Location: 14715 Kotzen OT Kriele (at Rathenow) If you feel called to stand (familiary) burdened and traumatized children and adolescents in a dedicated and devotional team and accompany them through thick and thin, you are right with us. You work with the children and young people together with everything that brings life in a family. From cleaning and homework, cooking to doctor visits, excursions and caring for the (house) animals, you shape the entire family everyday. You have contact with the families of origin, for example by accompanying phone calls, meeting organizational agreements and keeping the parents/careers up to date. You get involved with your questions, perceptions and ideas in the team meetings, develop in the Supervision and share your personal and professional perspective in the punctual case meetings. You work in the reference maintainer system, so you have one or two children in the special focus, which you care about and for which you are confidential person(s) who you accompany reliably.

You have a completed educational training or are ready for a cross-entry and a necessary training in the field of educational assistance. You have at best experience in the educational field and keeps a cool head when it becomes stressful once You have the license class 3 You are interested in entering long-term ties (working and personal) and developing your personality
