Secure quality. Improve processes. Living standards. For our large order in Hamburg-Finkenwerder we are looking for reinforcement for quality assurance. In this position, you ensure that our services meet the high quality requirements of the aviation industry. With a trained look for details, a structured way of working and a high quality awareness, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and workflows.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Check the performed cleaning services with regard to quality, completeness and compliance with agreed standards
• Documenting test results and tracking of detected deviations
• Support in the analysis of causes and the development of sustainable improvement measures
• Participation in the further development of work instructions, forms, checklists and quality processes
• Creating and updating training documents based on recognised optimization potentials
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and defined process standards
• Close cooperation and regular coordination with the quality manager as well as the operational managers on site

This is how you inspire us

• experience in quality assurance or quality control, ideal in an industrial environment
• Technical or craft training, for example as industrial cleaners, industrial mechanic, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
• Alternative multi-year practical experience in quality management
• knowledge of quality-critical areas of the automotive industry, aviation or shipbuilding
• Experience in technical cleaning is desirable
• Secure handling of PC, tablet and MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Structured, careful and self-responsible operation
• Embossed quality awareness, hands-on mentality and team spirit and reliability
