Special education nurse or educator (m/f/d)

You recognize the individual needs, interests and potentials of clients and develop tailor-made services. You accompany people with challenging behavior. You support care, everyday life management, basic care and health care. You are in exchange with relatives, institutions, therapists, doctors and legal advisors. You work in shiftwork, sometimes overnight, weekends and holidays.

You have completed one of the above or a comparable training. You are open to working with people with pronounced behavioral disorders and double diagnosing and are interested in cooperation in a unique pilot project. As an exceptional team player, you can see where your help is needed and keep a cool head even in difficult situations. You are willing to acquire the competence for the application of our technical concepts and methods (EfB, TEACCH, Marte Meo, Traumapädagogik, UK, ProDeMa), to go new ways and reflect your work intensively. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you pay €1.28 or €4.400 including allowance for housing, SuE allowance and an over-tariff allowance. For many years of professional experience, up to €5.469 is possible (based on TVöD-B pay group S8b, full-time, part-time). In addition, there are shift or shift supplements, supplements for night, holiday and Sunday work, a special annual payment of 90% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant. We work intensively and offer further and further training opportunities, supervision, coaching and expert advice. You can use offers of occupational health promotion. We take into account your working time requirements for long-term service planning. We offer you a long-term professional perspective and the opportunity to switch to other areas within the company.
