As a production specialist in line production You serve and monitor our two highly automated production lines. You control the latest CNC-controlled machines for precise cutting and automated welding. Despite automation, your craftsmanship counts. At the wing and frame stop as well as the final glazing, fingertip feeling and hand work is required to guarantee our “Made in Germany” quality. You don't work on monotonous series, but you are implementing individual customer orders. This means a change between technical monitoring and real craftsmanship at each element. With first expertise, you will deepen your knowledge in plant control, while with many years of experience you take full responsibility for the process stability and efficiency of the lines. As a specialist in special construction You fascinate the diversity of construction? In addition to our modern line production, our special construction offers additional space for your craft passion. Here you can manufacture individual door doors, slanting and sheet elements as well as plastic lifting sliding doors in precise individual production.

Qualification: You have completed vocational training as a window builder (process engineer for plastics and rubber technology), metal builders, carpenters or comparable technical training. Experience: Specialist with a well-founded basis: You have successfully completed your training and ideally have already gained experience in window or metal construction. You can safely master the basics and want to deepen your knowledge in modern plant control and design. With several years of experience: You are a routined professional and are looking for an environment where your expertise is appreciated. Whether you are a technical expert to ensure the stability of our lines or to bring your knowledge focused in special construction – we offer you the position that suits your needs. Expertise: You bring experience in the design of elements in the field of plastic windows and doors and have a strong technical understanding of industrial manufacturing processes. Open evening, which remains scheduleable: You work exclusively in the 1-shift operation (Mo–Fr) without night shifts or assembly – and start the weekend even earlier on Fridays.
