• Analysis and evaluation of existing processes for identifying potential improvements, as well as deriving measures and their implementation
• Planning, control and implementation of optimization projects and their goals, milestones and resource plans
• Proactive implementation of continuous improvement processes
• Detection and establishment of best practices in the company
• Use of lean management methods and tools

• Complete training or study in the scientific field or comparable qualification

• Linking theory and practice
