HR Digitalization: You advise companies on the strategic development of their HR work and, with your well-founded HR expertise, shape our customers' understanding of the potentials of our digital solutions. Accompanying customers at eye level: You adapt the strategic and operational challenges of our customers, offer professional orientation and establish yourself as an experienced business partner for decision-makers. Making transformation effective: you analyze existing structures and requirements of our customers, translate requirements profiles into strategic business cases and shape the digital HR future. Configure products: You can transfer valuable impulses from our customer universe to internal product management and thus contribute to the development of forward-looking and brilliant products for our HR suite. Develop partnerships: You develop sustainable partnerships that offer added value and perspectives through professional substance, presence and understanding from customer relationships. Set up themes of the future: You will focus on developments relating to HR, organization, digitalization and AI and will guide relevant fields of action and potentials for our applications and customers.

You have extensive experience in the HR field over several years and know central HR processes from your own practical or consulting work. You have experience in introducing and implementing complex software solutions and know the technical and organizational challenges of such transformation projects. You can quickly capture, classify and transfer technical requirements into feasible processes and digital solutions. You are confident about our customers' specialist and decision-makers and convince them in workshops, presentations and discussions. You consistently think of customer vision, meet complex challenges constructively and develop solutions with sustainable added value. You bring a good sense of customer needs and development potentials and understand how to develop long-term and value-producing customer relationships. You take responsibility independently and move safely in the interaction of customers, sales, product management and development.
