Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

In this position you take responsibility for the payroll processes in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You ensure correct and timely payroll accounting, maintain time management and payroll systems and are contact persons for employees and executives. In addition, you contribute to audits, process optimizations and digitization projects and contribute to the further development of efficient payroll structures.

Maintenance and updating of documentation of all payroll relevant processes.

Complete bachelor's or master's degree or comparable qualification. At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of payroll / pay bill. Ability to process complex analytical tasks and critically question them. Very good oral and written communication skills. knowledge of German payroll legislation and relevant requirements; Knowledge of other countries is beneficial. Self-employed and motivated working with the ability to control multiple tasks and priorities at the same time. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge in Oracle as well as in the ProTime Time & Attendance System are of advantage. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English; further language skills are a plus.
