Complete bachelor's or master's degree in an internship course or comparable training. Plan for obtaining or existing membership in the RICS, certification for the HypZert judge or public order as an expert:r. Multiannual professional experience in the real estate market or banking sector. Knowledge and routined application of national and international assessment procedures. Outstanding team capacity, high motivation and passion for real estate assessment. Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
