Full-time administrative assistant (m/w/d) in the Office for Educational Support (BAföG)

We are a modern service company with a social order for the approximately 35,000 students of the University of Augsburg, the Technical University of Augsburg and the universities in Kempten and Neu-Ulm. With a balance sheet total of around 80 million € and about 200 employees, we not only care for the students and university staff in the five menses and seven cafeterias as well as five cafe bars, but also offer students a low-priced roof over the head in seven residential areas with a total of 1,755 apartments. As part of the Federal Education Funding Act (BAföG), we support the students in securing their studies.

This is what we expect: They process independently requests for services under the Federal Education Funding Act (BAföG) from the acceptance of the application to the notification. They advise our students individually and comprehensively on the possibilities of study funding according to the BAföG. You can process any recovery independently.

A background of convincing: They ideally have completed vocational training at/to the administrative offices or comparable vocational training with relevant knowledge in administrative/social/tax law. You can safely apply legal provisions. Dealing with young people gives you pleasure. Both oral and written, you can express yourself well. You can work both in the team and independently and independently. Also in situations with a high work attack you prove to be stressful. Through your personal commitment, you support the Studierendenwerk Augsburg in fulfilling its social mandate.
