Great freedom in the co-design of digital landscape Takeover of a key role between departments, software architects and developers Close cooperation with project management to effectively design requirements management and ensure the achievement of project objectives Function as an interface between specialist departments, IT and software development to ensure that the technical solutions meet the technical requirements Coaching of requirements teams of internal customers as well as preparation, moderation and evaluation of workshops Support of the project team in case of technical acceptances to ensure compliance of developed solutions with the respective requirements Development and design of technical architectures as a basis for technical implementation

Complete studies or training in the STEM area as well as several years of practical work experience in IT consulting or related areas focusing on the definition and management of requirements between the departments and IT Experience in request management and the requirement definition in complex software projects Knowledge of process modelling, natural language requirement definition (use cases, user stories) or model-based requirement definition (UML) Embossed conceptual and analytical skills as well as a quick understanding Willingness to actively shape processes in interdisciplinary teams, direct challenging projects and lead the KURZ Group into the digital world with its core business processes Consulting skills, communication strength and contact skills to promote effective and constructive cooperation Very good knowledge of German and good English required Ready for occasional missions
