Design engineer in a managerial position - Agricultural machinery development - Transport and harvesting machinery (m/f/d)

Technical management and coordination of the design team Development and construction of innovative transport and harvesting machines Responsibility for the design of assemblies and complete machines Support of development projects from the concept phase to series production Creation and testing of 3D designs, assemblies and technical drawings Design and optimization of mechanical components and systems Implementation of design changes and technical improvements of existing machines Coordination with manufacturing, assembly, purchasing, testing and other specialist departments Technical support for prototypes and testing machines Analysis and solution of constructive and functional problems Ensuring quality, functionality, manufacturing and cost-effectiveness of constructions Developing standards, design processes and technical solutions Participation in the development of new machine concepts and product strategies

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, agricultural engineering or comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in the construction of agricultural machinery, vehicles or comparable technical products Ideally well-founded experience in the field of harvesting machines and/or transport technology Safe handling of CAD system, CATIA Very good technical understanding for mechanical systems, assemblies and machines Experience in the development of complex machines and their series transfer First experience in technical leadership or project management Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High sense of responsibility and quality Joy in innovative technology and in implementing your own ideas in practical solutions
