Your tasks • Recruiting our key features: You take the targeted and precise occupation of our nationwide branch lines – from briefing to setting • Locations in view: Through regular visits on site, you can understand exactly what leadership personality fits to what location – and meet exactly the right decisions • Cooperation at eye level: You work closely with Top Management, Head of Talent Acquisition, Regional Directors and HR Managers – with a common goal: strong branch lines for Elis • Employer Branding for managers and high potentials: You develop targeted measures to increase our visibility among senior managers – and to further position Elis as an attractive employer

Your profile (m/w/d), an economic study or a comparable qualification • Recruiting experience: You have profound experience in recruiting with focus on leadership positions. Experience from personnel consulting, executive search and suitability diagnostics are a plus • Readiness to travel: You are regularly traveling at our locations – because you know how important real understanding is for people and framework conditions on site • Stakeholder competence: You communicate safely with different interfaces – especially with executives – and convince with commitment and clarity • Employer Branding: You bring experience of how to target leaders and win for yourself
