The coaching of Tech Leads and developers throughout the organization on architecture best practices and support in solution architecture and technological decisions is within your task. Found experience with at least one of our ERPs/CRMs (SAP ECC, Microsoft Dynamics) used and experience with the migration of large core systems. Your strong analytical thinking allows you to make balances between different approaches and make sound architectural decisions. Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems. You communicate clearly and target group-oriented - both oral and written in German and English. As you interact with executives in the company who communicate in German, a C1 level is required.
