For our location in Charlottenburg we are looking for a KFZ service consultant for complaints (d/m/w)! Start in the Production Team and actively participate in the repair of the vehicles of our Autohero Production Department. This department is responsible for and ensures the quality of our Autohero stock. As a competent contact person you ask for a smooth handling of all complaints Rate and maintain our customers throughout the service process Reliably detect damage to used cars due to your affinity for vehicles and estimate them Create the calculations with parts collection via the logistics program and provide quality assurance and control of the data to be evaluated Coordinate repairs at external service providers (e.g. specialist dealers, body construction) Significantly contribute to the optimization of our vehicle preparation and develop processes and standards
