Creation and implementation of online marketing strategies and further development of our online marketing activities Own responsible creation and placement of regular and target group-oriented photo and video content on different channels Trend analysis and derivation of recommendations for action to further develop our social media channels and our websites Monitoring and evaluation of KPIs (including SEO) for social media channels, our websites and other online platforms Supporting other departments with measures of online marketing, e.g. in recruiting and employer branding Acquisition of other tasks in marketing, such as support for projects in sponsoring

Complete studies in marketing or business management or comparable training Experience in online marketing, especially in the field of social media Feeling for trends and content design as well as a feeling for effective language and thrilling storytelling skills in dealing with popular content creation programs, such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Cloud Very good communication skills in word and writing High initiative, organizational talent and creativity Good knowledge of English
