You take on the independent support and control of construction projects in turnkey construction and make sure everything runs smoothly With your organizational designer, you coordinate all the works at the construction site while you keep an eye on dates, quality and costs Through your communication skills, you can successfully vote with builders, architects, specialist planners and entrepreneurs You check execution plans as well as technical details and make sure that the execution always corresponds to the planning, contracts and recognised rules of the technology. Meetings and visits to the construction sites you carry out to constantly monitor progress Your skill in the follow-up management and in the audit of the accounts contributes to compliance with the budget Finally, you document the construction process carefully to keep all steps comprehensible

You bring experience as a construction manager, polisher, technician, master or civil engineer and have comprehensive knowledge in building and interior construction Your independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you, and you have a strong enforcement capability, as well as a convincing appearance towards customers and entrepreneurs Good knowledge of German and a class B licence are of course for you
