Application Manager MES/IoT (m/f/d)

Implementation of projects for the introduction of new applications or the further development of existing systems, as well as the adoption of tasks and projects in an international context Participation in innovative digitalization and IoT projects in the production environment by evaluating new technologies and their targeted deployment Development and optimization of Middleware-based applications to improve operational processes in the manufacturing and shopfloor sector Close cooperation with specialist areas for identifying potential for improvement and deriving concrete technical measures Analysis of technical disorders in the MES and Middleware environment (2nd-/3rd-level support) and development of sustainable solutions and prevention measures Responsibility for operation, monitoring and further development of applications in the production environment Cooperation in compliance with IT standards, data protection and security requirements – in particular in the context of IoT data processing Ensuring stable and performant operation through monitoring, logging, performance analyses and regular system maintenance

completed studies of (economic) informatics, information technology or a comparable qualification; alternatively an IT-related training with corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional experience in operation, in the further development or introduction of applications in the production or production environment Experience with MES, Middleware, or IoT systems, ideally related to Hydra (MES), TDM tool management or comparable solutions Knowledge of the analysis, configuration and further development of complex application and system landscapes, including interface and data flow assessment Experience in the analysis and optimization of production and business processes and their mapping in IT systems Knowledge of industrial integration or IoT technologies (e.g. interfaces, data integration, monitoring) are advantageous Impressed communication strength as well as the ability to convey complex technical facts in a comprehensible and addressable manner
