Your tasks

• Planning and implementation of training: You organize and carry out training for new and existing warehouse employees - practical, structured and targeted.

• Creation of training materials: You develop and provide training documents, checklists and training plans to ensure a uniform and high-quality knowledge transfer.

• Accompanying the incorporation: You actively support the incorporation of new colleagues and make sure that they can quickly get along and become productive.

• Demand analysis and process optimization: You identify training needs and continuously develop training processes - always with a view to quality and efficiency.

• Cooperation with Operations Managers:inside: You work closely with the Operations Managers: inside to ensure a high quality standard in operational implementation.

• Monitoring and evaluation: You monitor the effectiveness of training measures and make targeted improvements.

• Complete training as a specialist for warehouse logistics or comparable qualification

• Funded knowledge in storage processes and ideally experience with warehouse management systems

• Experience in the implementation of training or in the operational guidance of employees

• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage

• Ready for shiftwork and high readiness for use
