You support our second- and third-level support for Business Applications and solve technical and process-related requests. You are co-responsible for the operation of our central ERP environment, take over fault analyses and work on optimizations. You operate our document management system (DMS) and ensure working document and archiving processes. You ensure smooth print and document output in output management. Optionally take over the role and rights management and contribute to a secure system and process landscape.
A completed training in the IT or commercial sector – e.g. as a specialist informant, IT salesman or a comparable qualification First to multi-year experience in working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (or a comparable solution) Good understanding of operational processes – you think in processes, not only in tickets Joy to support users, explain things and find solutions together Team spirit, communication strength and desire to take responsibility Good knowledge of German in Word and Writing – English knowledge is advantageous
