Service Technician - Maintenance / Customer Support / Mechatronics (m/f/d)

You are waiting, inspecting and repairing our chemical metering systems directly from local customers – from industrial plants to water works to the swimming pool As a face to the customer, you plan your routes in Central Germany independently and travel with your modern service transporter to the operations You carry out fault analyses on the electrical components and are responsible for the professional commissioning of new plants. You create meaningful service reports, document your bets and secure our high quality standards and customer satisfaction

You have completed training as mechatronics:in, electronics:in or in a comparable electrotechnical profession Ideally, you will have first experiences in the service of dosing systems – if not, we will gladly learn you You like to work independently, are service-oriented and always find the right sound in direct customer contact For your service missions throughout Germany you have a class B driver's license and bring a high readiness to travel with You communicate safely in German (at least C1 level) to ensure smooth exchange with customers
