The management and implementation of complex and innovative construction projects (new construction and inventory), combined with sustainable economic and ecological added value, are our core competencies. A wide range of technical projects, from feasibility studies to large-scale projects, both for private and public contractors, forms a substantial part of our portfolio. Responsible monitoring of technical engineering as overall project manager:in for one or more construction sites in the LPH 8 with focus on electrical and control technology in the KG400 Professional leadership of the project team including professional guidance and training of students Economic development of construction projects, monitoring of construction design and interface function for integral construction management Monitor the project budget and work on counter-control measures Safe and sound application of cost/return and change management Coordinating the interfaces between the technical structures and the structures Participation in offering creation, organisation of project sequences and compliance with safety requirements and project objectives

Complete study of supply technology, building technology or comparable engineering studies or further training as a TGA master/technical technician in the field of electrical engineering Experience in construction management or construction monitoring as well as in leadership of teams Safe application of the HOAI, the VOB and the control system of technology Good knowledge of tendering and awarding Willingness to project-dependent travel in northern Germany Self-employed and self-responsibility, enforcement and motivation Fun in dealing with different people, teams and tasks
