Support for defined areas at Vechta and people in Europe, Middle East and Africa regions Supporting professionals and executives in all personal topics and across the entire Employee Lifecycle Proactive austerity partnership for executives and application of the entire range of personal economic instruments Personnel and budget planning (capacities, RTD, costs, forecasting) and coordination of cross-functional HR projects End-to-end Recruiting: from demand analysis and profile definition via sourcing, structured selection to contract

Degree in economics, (economic)psychology or sociology with a focus on human resources management/HR, or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a similar field of work, ideally in an international context and well-founded knowledge in labour law Practical knowledge in handling SAP SuccessFactors (requestable) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed service orientation, high performance readiness and structured, targeted working
