Description

• Your tasks include the technical support of our customers and service technicians via telephone, as well as the advice on using the hardware and operating software of terminals.
• You provide remote services for trouble analysis and troubleshooting of Bosch hazard alarm systems.
• In your area of responsibility lies the remote activation and configuration of Bosch reporting systems.
• In addition, you support the service technicians on site during commissioning and disruption by remote.
• In case of changes, you will incorporate the data into various tools.

Qualifications

• Training: a completed vocational training as a communication or System electronics or comparable training
• Qualification: knowledge in the network topology, IP-based data networks and data transmission paths/ devices
• Experiences and know-how: safe and experienced in dealing with the PC and Office programs
• Personality: high level of customer orientation, reliability, team capacity, loadability and enforcement capability
• Flexibility: shift readiness (24/7) and weekend work
• Working method: sovereign, professional, team-oriented, structured and independent
• Languages: German language at native language level in word and writing
