People & Culture Advisor (w/m/d)

As an important part of our German People & Culture (HR) team, you work with your colleagues across the site and support partners, lawyers and colleagues in our Business Services teams in a variety of personal topics. What awaits you

• First contact person and trusted advisor for HR-related inquiries from our partners
• Responsibility of administrative processes along the Employee Lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, absences, promotions, maintenance of master files and personal files, offboarding)
• Support for the preparation and follow-up of monthly payroll
• Correspondence with external service providers, authorities and professional institutions
• Close cooperation with the EMEA-wide HR Business partners and the HR Systems Team
• Preparation of analyses, presentations and communication for P&C Germany and Europe Leads
• Support for EMEA-wide talent programs, performance management and annual performance & Compensation Review
• Working in the context of process optimization and exciting HR projects

What we do

• Multiannual experience in HR, ideally in an economic law firm or another professional service firm (business consultancy, audit firm or the like)
• Completed studies (economics, psychology, administrative sciences, legal sciences) or commercial training (ideally with a focus on HR/Personal/Organization)
• Communication strength and fingertips in exchange with different professional groups
• organizational design with structured working methods, quick conception, eye for details, efficient time management and high quality standards
• Flexibility, ready-to-use, professional appearance and a high level of service orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Secure handling of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as good understanding of HR Information Systems, at best (first) experience with Workday
• Joy in working in the team and active exchange with our employees
