Strategic orientation: You are responsible for the strategic orientation & further development of our operational processes in line with our corporate strategy. Process optimization: You develop & implement efficient processes in order processing & soar for their continuous improvement. Operational Partner Management: You manage the supply chain in collaboration with our service partners to ensure the provision of smooth services. Quality assurance: You implement systematic controls & improvement processes to ensure a consistently high product & service quality. Technology use: You rely on modern technologies to increase efficiency and productivity. Project Management: You plan and answer projects. Team Development & Leadership: You create a motivating working environment & empower your team members to take responsibility & continuously develop.

Multiannual professional experience in operations management or in a similar environment Experience in filling/ order processing and quality assurance Funded knowledge in the planning, control & optimization of production/service processes Leadership skills & thus the ability to motivate, direct and develop a team Finded business knowledge through studying or comparable qualifications Embossed Analytical Skills Collaborative & solution-oriented operation Optimistic mindset & decision strength Very good German & very good English skills
