You lead the field of concrete technology and are experts in the assessment of concrete properties and formulations. the durability of concrete, alternative binder concepts, standards/regulations and special topics, e.g. alkali-silica reaction and acid resistance. You produce test enrichments and opinions based on test-technical evidence, including scientific-technical and normative expertise. You serve our existing customers from the supply phase to the final project completion and actively participate in the development of our specialist area. You maintain interesting major projects and manage dates and resources to successfully complete them. You are responsible for the development and implementation of a growth strategy for your area of expertise.
Complete degree in civil engineering or mineralogy (master, diploma or comparable) Multiannual professional experience in at least one of the above topics Entrepreneurial thinking and enforcement Ideally, you are a concrete technologe and have the advanced, stress-based training (E-Schein) or comparable evidence. Very good knowledge of MS-Office Willingness to co-design innovations and to carry out occasional missions Very good German (min. C1) and good English (B1)
