Network support: Ensuring the availability and performance of our network Administration of firewalls, switches and access points: configuration and maintenance of network hardware Support for external service providers: Coordination and monitoring of services of external partners in the field of network and IT Telephone administration: managing our telephony solutions to ensure smooth communication Support for scanners and MDE devices: Supporting our warehouse solution through effective device management Standby Service: Participation in the standby service for quick problem solving even outside regular working hours Inhouse User Support: Supporting our employees on technical issues and problems Support for further IT activities: cooperation in SAP support and test management

Completed IT training or a comparable qualification Found multiannual experience in the administration of networks and network technologies Safe handling of MS Office and possibly SAP knowledge Analytical and Structured Operation and High Problem Solution Competence Willingness to participate in the standby service Team skills, communication strength and service-oriented thinking
