In your new job, everything is about responsibility for the tendering, negotiation and award of post-contracting services You are contact persons for all NU topics in the region and have the professional and disciplinary leadership of the NUM team You control cooperation and ensure communication both indoor and outdoor (e.g. talks with entrepreneurs, coordination with the legal department) In addition, you are responsible for the acquisition and approval of the subcontractors and for the examination of the subcontractor documents You accompany external and internal audits, supplier/subsidiary audits Completion of works and employee registrations, identity verification of foreign employees and the time-limit control of the AÜ forces complete your task

You have a commercial training or a completed study, ideally have several years of professional experience with leadership experience You have good knowledge in the field of external personnel use, contract law and employee transfer In addition, you ideally have knowledge of project management Run with MS Office and SAP You bring very good communication skills, enforcing power, self-initiative, a conceptual way of thinking with a sense of implementation and a high sense of responsibility with
