(Senior) Business Analytics Reporting Expert (m/f/d)

Design: You design and develop modern analytics and reporting solutions based on Tableau and thus contribute significantly to the further development of our global analytics system landscape. Optimize: You develop, improve and maintain reports and dashboards, ensure high performance and usability and ensure that decision-makers receive clear, understandable and reliable information at any time. Advising: You support the implementation of reporting requirements – both advisory and independent – and work closely with the specialist departments to understand their needs and translate them into accurate reporting solutions. Analyze: You use your SQL skills to efficiently query, process and link data and thus create a resilient basis for meaningful analyses, among others in the financial and controlling environment. Operation: You maintain, maintain and continuously improve our Tableau server infrastructure and thus ensure a stable, secure and efficient operation of the reporting and analytics platform at Wilo.

Knowledge and experience as foundation: You bring excellent tableau skills, ideally from Tableau Desktop to Tableau Prep and have experience in performance optimization as well as in the user-friendly design of dashboards. You have good SQL skills and have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable degree course as well as several years of professional experience in the described environment. Advice with a wide view: You ideally have experience in consulting activities in the BI environment and feel comfortable as a savings partner for specialist areas. You communicate safely in German and English and can communicate complex technical content in a comprehensible manner. The right know-how: You will have programming skills in at least one language and ideally have know-how in the administration and further development of Tableau Server as well as first experience with SAP BW or SAP BW/4HANA. Innovation joy meets business promise: You ideally have experience with other BI tools such as MS Power BI, SAP Analysis for MS Office or SAP Analytics Cloud and first touch points with AI/machine learning topics (e.g. predictive modeling, python or R). You understand business processes – for example from the financial and controlling environment.
