Group Leader Planning and Construction Real Estate (m/f/d)

You monitor and optimize the processes and compliance with all requirements in your group. You plan, tax and control construction, renovation and maintenance measures. You coordinate the technical facility management. You take over project management including resource, appointment and budget management. You will participate in the strategic development of the organization and the creation of central planning. You lead, coordinate and develop the employees assigned to you.

You have a degree/master degree in a relevant field, such as architecture or civil engineering. You have several years of professional experience in the field, especially in personnel management and project management. You have well-founded and ready-to-use knowledge in special award guidelines such as VOB, HOAI and GEG. You are sure to use data technology and PC standard software (e.g. MS Office). You have a driving licence of class 3 or B. Leadership, organizational and enforcement skills, negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking are yours.
