Our neutral specialist planning in the field of domestic engineering ranges from the dimensioning of all parts of the plant to the tendering and construction management. Experience and Competence in offering evaluation, creation of professional project plans and construction monitoring are our strengths. You take over the independent technical engineering management for projects in the field of electrical engineering and monitor compliance with quality, dates and costs. As a central contact: at the construction site, you coordinate the executive companies and agree closely with builders:inside, architect:inside and authorities. You guide the construction meetings, document the progress of the building and provide your reports for a transparent flow of information for all project participants. Compliance with the VOB, relevant DIN standards and work safety is in your hands – from testing the documents to monitoring on site. You carry out the technical acceptance of the systems, control the elimination of defects consistently and ensure the final transfer to the customer.

Master or technician degree in the field of electrical engineering Professional experience in construction or technical engineering Knowledge of VOB, DIN standards, HOAI and relevant regulations Safe handling of MS Office and common project management tools Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength and enforcement capacity
