Procurement Business Manager (m/f/d)

In our team, you act as the first contact person for our sales locations and coordinate your concerns and questions about future or existing orders from the purchase. You act as an interface between Bechtle Logistik & Service GmbH and our sales locations, all the way to our suppliers and manufacturers. Through the daily order management, you can significantly support the success of our sales locations. The tasks include active order management, coordination of complaints (e.g. incorrect deliveries), status requests for open order lines from sales, and cancellations and rebookings. Through the regular exchange with the sales companies, you can identify optimization potentials and contribute to the implementation and safeguarding of our quality standards as well as to the further development of purchasing processes and workflows.

Completed commercial vocational training at least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing You bring negotiation skills and team skills and convince with a strong written and oral communication skills, reliable German in word and writing and good English skills are of advantage.
